The knowledge and expertise Emma brings is invaluable. She has worked with Early Years teams and school leaders across our five primary schools to review quality of provision and provide feedback, and has supported schools in enhancing and developing their practice. We love working with Emma – she has incredible knowledge and experience and is down to earth and supportive in her approach. Emma has also supported schools in preparing for Ofsted, ensuring successful EYFS judgements for the schools that were inspected in 2023-24.

Working with Emma has been a joy. She was able to help me review my provision and implement changes across two SEN classes which cater for a wide range of complex needs. Emma helped me develop an outstanding continuous provision which has had a clear, positive impact. Through reflective and very motivating 1:1 sessions we were able to review planning and assessment and design something that works for our setting . This has not only had an immeasurable impact on the Early Years provision, it has also given food for thought to other classes in the school.

Emma has been able to step into our Early Years setting and enhance the provision and the team by developing effective relationships with staff, parents and children. Staff felt encouraged and supported, practically, emotionally and most importantly professionally. She leads by example in all that she does isn’t afraid to challenge leaders if it means that children get the best possible opportunities to thrive in a nurturing, consistent and highly appropriate learning environment.

Emma has been a breath of fresh air! She has come to support our early years with enthusiasm, knowledge, experience and rigour. She is a pleasure to work with and the staff really enjoyed and respected the support she offered. She helped us get through an Ofsted inspection and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for some EY support.
